An integrated management system is an integral part of the company’s management. The integrated management system ensures that strategic objectives in the areas of quality, environment and occupational health and safety are met.
The company announced its intentions in the document Policy of the Integrated Management System of DCom, spol. s ro The created management system is applied to the subject of the company’s activity and determines the mutual relations between individual organizational units and departments. The scheme also sets out responsibility for processes to ensure the quality of the final product, minimising negative environmental impacts and ensuring occupational health and safety. As part of the continuous increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of the integrated management system DCom, spol. s ro creates relevant resources and introduces progressive methods in all crucial areas of its activities in connection with the company’s strategic goals.
