AŽD RecorDat digital recording device is used for recording and archiving calls and data information taking place on various types of telecommunication devices, e.g. analog and digital lines, digital exchanges, VoIP phones and exchanges, radio stations, etc. All information about calls and system configuration is stored in an SQL database. Calls are recorded in standard mp3 and wav formats. Each call is assigned information about the date, time, duration of the call, identification of the caller and the called party. According to this data, records can be easily searched and sorted. Users have access to the system according to the permissions granted by the system administrator, via a web application with multilingual language support. In addition to normal playback and archiving of recordings, it is possible to monitor (listen) selected channels online.

Modular architecture of recording equipment
The recording device has a modular architecture. Call recording is realized by recording modules, which use various technical means, e.g. recording cards or program modules. Modules for call archiving, external diagnostics and user interface are available. The individual modules can be combined as required. The recording modules do not have to be located on one server, but can be located on several different servers connected by a computer network.
Each recording device is equipped with a disk RAID array to prevent data loss if the hard disk is damaged. Calls and data records about them can be further archived on a data storage, which is located in a computer network, or on local external disks. The external diagnostics module enables monitoring of the status of the recording device via the SNMP interface, the “Information panel” application, the “TOP” dispatcher status indicator and a specialized monitoring device Indication and diagnostic panel connected via a computer network. The recording device has implemented support for DZCR ReDat.
The client and administrative interface uses web services
The client and administrative interface is implemented using clear web services. Users do not need to install any specialized applications on their devices through which they access the recording device. The application offers the ability to search and sort recorded calls according to a number of criteria. Users can access records based on assigned permissions. The recording device stores access information, playback and download records. The recording device management application is implemented in a separate web application for the sake of clarity.
